Next-Gen Renewable Products

Advanced renewable fuels engineered for performance, compliance, and a lower-carbon future.

Beyond our core feedstock offerings, Sumut Renewable also trades and offers feedstocks for renewable fuels produced through the Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (HVO) process — including Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). We are in the process of getting CORSIA certified

Key Product

Crude Glycerin

A natural byproduct of biodiesel production, crude glycerin is widely used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and personal care product manufacturing.

PF-AD (Palm Fatty Acid Distillate)

Essential raw material components used across the soap, detergent, and chemical manufacturing industries.

Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)

A certified renewable alternative to conventional jet fuel, produced through the HVO process using sustainable and waste-based feedstocks. Engineered to remain stable at temperatures as low as -50°C — fully suitable for aviation use and compliant with international aviation regulatory standards.

HVO (Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil)

A premium renewable diesel produced by hydrogenating vegetable oils and waste-based fats. Unlike traditional FAME biodiesel, HVO can be blended at up to 100% concentration — offering a direct drop-in replacement with no infrastructure changes required.

Key Benefits

100% Blend Capability

HVO-derived fuels can be used at full concentration, far exceeding the 5–30% blend limits of traditional FAME biodiesel.

Extreme Temperature Performance

Engineered to remain stable at temperatures as low as -50°C, meeting demanding aviation and cold-climate requirements.

Full Regulatory Compliance

Fully aligned with EU RED II/III, ISCC, and INS certification standards for renewable fuels across global markets.

End-to-End Traceability

Every product is backed by complete documentation from feedstock origin to final delivery — audit-ready and fully transparent.
