Code of Conduct
Governance and Oversight
Oversight of this Code rests with the founding leadership of Sumut Renewable, with day-to-day implementation embedded across all business functions. Every employee, partner, and representative is personally responsible for upholding its principles and reporting any concerns or violations in confidence.

Violations of applicable law or this Code may result in disciplinary or legal action. This Code is reviewed regularly to reflect evolving regulations and best practices in global renewable energy trade.
